The procurement of replacement tenants is a key cornerstone of any successful disposition program. CRG not only uses its established local broker network to find replacement tenants, but also has a dedicated in-house team actively searching for and working with national, regional and local tenants.

CRG acts as a third party in negotiating buyouts and restructuring leases with landlords. This puts retailers in the valuable position of being at an arms-length away from direct negotiation. We become an extension of the company interfacing with the real estate, finance, legal and construction departments of the retailer to ensure expedited disposition process.
