Comments: Acquisition of a former 120 acre airport. The land was developed into 171 single family lots and sold via a preferred builder program.

BRADNYWINE PRESERVE

Comments: Acquisition and development of 65 acres of land. Developed 150 cluster homes and condominiums. 100 single family lots were sold to Ryan Homes. 6 acres of commercial land was sold to a third party developer.
